ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So NHB ensures that we look over every order with attention to detail before we ship it out to you. Everything other than normal wear and tear is warrantied but it must be brought to our attention before it is used.
Custom Products
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom products if what was chosen and ordered was delivered. Please be sure to measure your horse properly before placing your custom order (PLEASE SEE OUR HOW TO MEASURE PAGE FOR MEASURING DETAILS). Our products are true to size...so whatever your horse measures is the size you will need to order. Since our products come in 2 inch increments if your horse measures an odd number you will order the next size up.
